We know it’s an extremely difficult time to plan anything, with constant changes in travel restrictions both here in the UK and in destinations around the world, so we want you to know we’re here to support you and look after your booking. We’re working hard to stay up-to-date with the latest news and information, and we’re only working with travel partners who will look after you, our mutal guests.
Oxwich Travel is a fully independent travel agency, partnering with all the major UK tour operators, and plenty of smaller ones too, plus we package together our own flexible holidays to make sure you get the best deal. Unfortunately this means that we can’t have a standard “Covid-19 booking policy” because terms & conditions vary depending on which tour operator your holiday is booked with, however at the moment, every holiday we sell comes with much improved cancellation and amendment terms, and we will discuss your specific options before you book.
You can book with us confident in the knowledge that we are members of ABTA, and all our flight-inclusive package holidays are ATOL protected.

Rest assured that we, along with our travel partners, are doing everything we can to stay safe, and to make sure that we are ready for your holidays.
Obviously, there are risks abroad as there are at home, continue to keep your distance where neccessary, wash and/or sanitise your hands regularly, wear a mask if you are able and isolate yourself from others if you have any of the symptoms of Covid-19. You should follow all local guidance and restrictions whilst you’re visiting a destination.
